HOW TO RESERVE

CHECK TOUR AVAILABILITY

Because our group sizes are small availability is limited. Our tours are often booked well in advance. Availability for our Wildlife and Sightseeing tours, Ithaka Shipwrek hikes, Aurora Call List and Full Day Polar Bear tours can be checked using the calendar of our online reservation system. If the dates show availability then the tour can be booked online. Availbility for our packaged tours are listed on the tour page. If the dates show availability, please fill out a booking form by clicking on the “Book Today” button located next to the number of available spots.

FILL OUT TOUR BOOKING FORM

Once the tour booking form has been filled a member of our team will reply to your request within a business day to discuss the details of the trip, answer any additional questions you may have and process payment. If you do not hearr from us, please make sure to check your junkmail folder or give us a call.

SECURE YOUR BOOKING

To secure your spot on our Wildlife and Sightseeing Tours, Low Tide Ithaka Hikes and Full Day Polar Bear Tours full payment is required at time of booking via our website. A 25% deposit is required to secure a spot on our multi day trips with 50% due at 180 days prior to departure and full payment due at 90 prior to departure.

Reserve Spot on our Northern Lights Call List

To reserve a spot on our Northern Lights Call list, a $25 non refundable deposit is required and is valid for the duration of your stay in Churchill. If the Aurora is visible before midnight you will be called and picked up from your accommodation to view the Northern Lights. Upon completion of the tour you will be charged the balance of your invoice.

PAYMENT

For Wildlife and Sightseeing tours, Call List, Ithaka Hikes, and Full Day Polar Bear tours (all of our single day trips) payment is made with credit card at the time of booking via our website.  For multi-day trips we will send an invoice with a secure link for payment via credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions set in place by Manitoba’s Public Health department are fully refundable. Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to the trip departure are fully refundable minus a transaction fee of 10% of the total tour cost. Given the nature of our seasonal business and the relatively small window of operation, cancellations within 90 days of departure are non-refundable unless the dates in question are able to be filled. We will make every attempt to try and fill your spot in order to issue a full refund, but if unable we reserve the right to keep payment. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
